This project involves the development of 70 units of affordable residential apartment housing located in Austin, TX. Designed to provide comfortable living spaces, the multifamily community will include access to a leasing center, a pool, and other amenities. Construction is set to begin in August 2024 and is expected to be completed by November 2025, with a total duration of 15 months.
