New Freedom Housing is a 50-unit apartment building in Phoenix, AZ off the I-17. The complex is part of New Freedom Behavioral Health’s in-patient rehabilitation program for individuals coming out of incarceration. The 248-bed facility is the largest reentry behavioral health program in the state of Arizona.
