Located in North Phoenix within a popular golf property, this project involved renovation to the existing clubhouse. Included in the project scope is a kitchen, dining area, reception, and fitness space. Waltz served as the Construction Manager, providing full scope services spanning site logistics, estimating, scheduling, and other construction supervision and coordination activities.
