Undertaking the role of Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), we embarked on a transformative journey with the Pan-American College Preparatory project—a visionary endeavor encompassing the creation of an entirely new K-12 educational institution from the ground up. This monumental project is comprised of two distinct architectural achievements: a two-story edifice catering to K-8 students, and an adjoining one-story high school building, harmonizing to form a cohesive campus. Spanning an impressive footprint of 91,892 square feet, this venture stands as a testament to our commitment to shaping the future of education.
