Pan-American Charter School is a new ground-up K-12 school. The project consists of two separate buildings, a K-8 two-story building, and a one-story high school building totaling 91,892 SF. There were associated site improvements including a full gymnasium, cafeteria, full kitchen, administration offices, two full-size soccer fields, basketball courts, outdoor learning facilities, and athletic areas.
