Waltz provided turnkey Project Management and design/build services to Legacy Preparatory Charter Academy in Mesquite, TX. This new, 64,000 SF K-12 school includes a 34,000 SF 2-story ground-up facility and a 30,000 SF renovation of an existing building. The project includes administration, special education, science labs, primary and secondary classrooms, as well as a cafenasium, and gymnasium. The exterior amenities include a full-size football field, two basketball courts, and a covered playground.
