Hawking Phase II continues work that began in 2018 with the conversion of an 50+ year old Lutheran Church into a charter school.  In Phase 2, Waltz demolished three houses to make room for an exterior basketball court with new lighting and site work including a new playground and landscape.  In addition to the site improvements, Waltz renovated two more school buildings on the property and added an enclosed Symmetry Wheelchair Lift.
