An 11,240 SF classroom building addition/renovation and a 17,536 SF renovation to an existing classroom and multipurpose space on an active PreK-8 campus. Waltz worked closely with the facilities manager to select the accessories, low voltage, hardware and kitchen equipment that were best suited for the facility’s needs, usage and according to the life-cycle goals and durability requirements.
