The Waltz Team provided new construction in 3.5-month turnaround time on a 2-story Pre-Engineered Metal Building with integral color block & EIFS Facade with classrooms. The project also included offices, gym, laboratories, and a basketball and play area. This project’s demolition phase included asbestos abatement and required rigorous utility coordination with APS, Cox, and Century Link as well as the installation of both traffic and street lights.
The construction of BASIS Scottsdale exemplifies Waltz’ ability to manage a large project under a compressed schedule—even though Waltz began constructing this same building two months after another contractor, Waltz was able to advance the schedule enough to complete at the same time as the other contractor.
