The Promesa Academy Charter school project includes 26,000 SF of a combination of modular and ground-up construction. The facility supports classrooms, offices, cafeteria, warming kitchen, covered pavilion, community space, art, and music rooms.  The outside features learning areas and play areas, small play-fields, and playscapes, parking, driveways, street safety flashers.
