DESIGN/BUILD

With the design/build delivery method, owners have one point accountability for the completion of their building or renovation. What this means is that Waltz assumes the responsibility for the entire project. In this construction method, Waltz holds single-source responsibility and contractual risk for every aspect of a project; from estimation, pre-construction to architecture, engineering, subcontracting, construction, and post-construction. In addition, an integrated design-build team help owners save time and money by completing projects faster, improving project quality, and lowering unit costs.

CMAR

With Construction Management at Risk, we work directly with the Owner as partners with the Architect. Waltz holds all construction contracts. Unlike low-bid, in CMAR we support the Design Team early in the process and help make the right decisions in terms of cost, quality, and schedule from a construction perspective. We guarantee a price and manage the subcontractors during construction to execute our client’s vision and priorities.

DEVELOPER

As a developer, Waltz provides turn-key services including finance, management, design and construction to deliver full-service real state solutions. We also work closely with our clients on-site analysis. While a broker can identify numerous locations, we will analyze the site for its feasibility and best fit for our client’s specific needs.

OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE

As an Owners Representative, Waltz represents our client’s interest only. We work as your advocate helping to determine the delivery method, selection of team and act as a project manager throughout the life of the project. We are our client’s eyes and ears on the job site, ensuring projects are completed within a quality manner, on time and within budget. This frees the owner to continue focusing on their core business, knowing that their interests are protected by a dedicated representative throughout the course of the project.
